Leasing professionals are often the first people prospective renters meet, and are highly influential in the image those people have of the property staff. This course will help Leasing professionals to take their skills and ability to the next level. The topics taught and discussed during this course include the following: Keys to Success in Leasing, Leasing and the Internet, Telephone Presentations, The Leasing Interview, Leasing Demonstration & Resolving Objections, Legal Aspects, Rental Policies and Procedures, and the Market Survey Presentation. This course will last a total of five days and attendance at each session in mandatory.
