Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS)

This course sharpens your skills as a leader, trainer and recruiter of highly effective employees. Analyzing and managing your property/portfolio results will become second nature as you develop skills such as the following:

  • Curtail legal liability and risk

  • Recruit & Retain high-achieving staff

To obtain your CAPS credential you must complete coursework, an exam and have 24 months of experience as a multi-site supervisor or be a CAM, RAM, or ARM.
