P.B. Bell adds new directors to corporate team

P.B. Bell, an AMA affiliate and leader in the multihousing industry recently announced that three new directors are joining their corporate team in Scottsdale.

Arian Ploszaj, formerly P.B. Bell’s marketing director, will take on a new role as director of business development. Charlie Koznick will join the team as the new acquisitions director, while Kristina Rauscher will act as the new marketing director.

Charlie Koznick, who previously worked for MC Companies, has experience managing nearly $400 million in acquisition, dispositions and refinance. At P.B. Bell he will take charge of responsibilities such as identifying new markets and sourcing and underwriting new opportunities for expansion.

With more than 11 years of marketing experience, Kristina Rauscher will oversee all corporate marketing strategy and communication as the marketing director. She previously worket as the senior marketing director at Vestar.

In Arian Ploszaj’s new position as director of business development “she is responsible for acquisition of new property management contracts” which encompasses the indentification of management opportunities and establishing healthy relationships with potential clients, according to Commercial Executive Magazine.
