Nearly 1,400 multifamily industry leaders packed the Phoenix Convention Center in early May to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the AMA Tribute Awards.

Representing communities from around Arizona, nearly 100 finalists advanced to the stage during the gala to dance to Justin Timberlake’s ‘Can’t Stop the Feeling’. This marked the first time in the Tribute Award 25 year history that every finalist appeared on stage, before the announcement of the winners, so all of the evening’s guests could recognize and celebrate these professionals. Emceed by Toni Blake, the evening honored those who have excelled in all facets of the multihousing industry.

“It is a special honor to be able to share in the recognition of these professionals who put their passion and commitment to our industry and to the residents at their communities,” said AMA President and CEO Tom Simplot.

The AMA Tribute Awards started with over 550 nominees, pared down to the nearly one hundred finalists, culminating with the evening presentation to the 24 individuals, teams and properties named as Tribute Award recipients. Congratulations to all who were a part of this evening. Nominees, finalists and winners should all be proud of their accomplishments.
